ASCENT Client Booking Agreement

We are committed to providing transformational, high-touch service to every client. To ensure mutual respect, clarity, and seamless delivery, please review and agree to the following terms before purchase.

1. All Sales Are Final

No Refunds

By purchasing a service through Fierce Grace Enterprises (FGE), you acknowledge that all sales are nonrefundable. This includes dissatisfaction with the outcome or perceived completeness of the service. Your purchase is a contractual agreement to pay in full.

2. Exchanges Are Not Guaranteed

At Our Discretion

Requests for exchanges may be considered for comparable services or products. However, these are not guaranteed and will be approved at the sole discretion of your coach or the FGE team.

3. Order Fulfillment Is Time-Sensitive

Contact Us Within 7 Days

To initiate your service, you must:

  • Provide a valid email address at checkout

  • Respond to any scheduling or service emails in a timely manner

Failure to respond or initiate contact within 7 calendar days of purchase may result in delays or forfeiture of the service.

4. Complete Within 45 Days

Or Your Order May Be Forfeited

You must schedule your session, submit required information (e.g., birth chart details, contact info), or confirm recording/mailing preferences within 45 days of purchase.

Email us within 7 days of purchase to request a 30-day courtesy hold.

5. Appointment Policy & Courtesy Fees

Respect the Time, Respect the Energy

Appointments are a sacred exchange. We ask that you honor your booking as we do.

  • Sessions must be booked at a mutually convenient time

  • You may reschedule up to 1 hour before your session

  • No-call, no-shows are subject to the following Courtesy Fees:

Attempt Courtesy Fee Deducted
1st No-Show 5 Minutes
2nd No-Show 10 Minutes
3rd No-Show Payment becomes a donation to the ministry


Important:
These fees apply to

  • No-answer appointments

  • Emergency interruptions

  • Late arrivals or connection issues

If more than 25% of your session time remains when the issue occurs, we will reschedule with the Courtesy Fee deducted. If less than 25% remains, the session will be marked complete and not rescheduled.

Note: Courtesy Fees double for sessions longer than 79 minutes.

Final Notice

Courtesy Fees are nonnegotiable and will be automatically deducted. A new scheduling email will be sent along with a reminder to review this agreement.
